Draft Estate Masterplan

In the spirit of becoming a thriving place – a place where community and nature is not just protected but restored and enhanced for the benefit of local people and visitors to the National Park – Montrose Estates is pleased to share this vision for our future. It is designed to deepen conversations with our local community, the National Park and other stakeholders, to help us determine our future on the east side of Loch Lomond together – whether as residents, business owners or recreational visitors.

This document is a first draft for consultation and an attempt to lay out all the varied aspects of the Estate in one place. I hope you enjoy and value reading it. Thank you for your time, participation and imagination as we look towards our shared future.
